Here are a few frequently asked questions about our products/process:

GENERAL FAQ

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship out orders within 3-7 business days.  However, turnaround times may be longer for custom/personalized items and/or during holidays and can take up to 3 weeks.

How can I get in touch with you?

You can fill out the form in the "contact" section or you can email us directly at serendibetty@gmail.com. Please allow at least 2 business days to get back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 3 hours of placing your order and contact us immediately. If we have already started working on your order, we will not be able to cancel.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

Yes! Please email us at serendibetty@gmail.com if you'd like to make a bulk purchase or wholesale with us. Please note that bulk/wholesale quantities must be single order of 50 or more of the same item (i.e., same color, style, wording, etc.), and not all products are available for bulk/wholesale pricing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out out us via email at serendibetty@gmail.com.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship to locations within the United States.


Are you able to ship big signs/nursery rounds?

All round nursery/name signs larger than 16" in diameter must be picked up locally in Milpitas, CA, San Francisco, CA, or at our booth during a pop-up market. Please check our EVENTS page for our next pop-up market!

What is the cost of shipping?

Final shipping costs depends on the weight of the item(s) ordered and your shipping destination. You will have the option to select your shipping carrier preference (USPS or UPS) at check-out.

What days do you ship?


Shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Where is my tracking number?


You will receive your tracking number in the email you provided at checkout as soon as your order is made and packaged. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Please contact us at serendibetty@gmail.com if you're unable to locate your tracking number.

When will I receive my package?

All orders ship from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. Depending on your shipping destination, please allow at least 3-7 business days after you receive your tracking number to receive your order.  

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Orders shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS typically take 1-7 business days. Orders shipped via USPS PRIORITY typically take 1-3 business days. Shipping/delivery times are NOT guaranteed.


United Parcel Service (UPS)
Orders shipped via UPS typically take 1-7 business days. Shipping/delivery times are NOT guaranteed.


Delivery times will vary depending on the time of year. Please plan accordingly and expect delays during the holiday months of October through December.

Please understand that we have no control over packages once they have been dropped off to USPS or UPS.

LOCAL PICK-UP

I'm in the Bay Area, can I pick up locally?

Of course! You may select "local pick-up" at check-out for pick-up in Milpitas, CA (South Bay) via porch pick-up OR in San Francisco, CA (limited days/times) via porch pick-up. We can also arrange for pick-up of your order at our booth during one of our pop-up events around the Bay Area. The best part about local pick-up is that it's free!


CUSTOM ORDERS

Can you show me a DIGITAL mock-up/proof before I commit to purchasing?

Yes! We want you to love what you're getting! If you're interested in a custom/personalized item, but aren't able to visualize what it will look like, we'd be happy to provide a general DIGITAL design proof. Just email us at serendibetty@gmail.com. No physical product will be used in providing a mock-up/proof.


Do you accept partial payments for custom/personalized orders?

Due to the nature of the products we offer and the time invested in designing and creating personalized/custom orders, unfortunately, unless we've agreed upon prior arrangements, partial payments are not accepted.
